About Advance
One accredited team for fire and security – designing, installing, monitoring and maintaining systems for construction sites, business premises and homes across Northern England since 2009.
SINCE 2009
Built on doing the whole job properly
Advance was built on a simple position – design, install, monitor and maintain under one roof, so nothing gets lost between companies and nobody passes the buck.
One team, end to end
From the first survey to the annual service, the same company is responsible – and reachable on one number.
Our own control room
Alarms and cameras are watched from our own BS 5979 CAT 2 Alarm Receiving Centre – never outsourced.
Accredited & audited
SSAIB certificated and BAFE registered, with eight accreditations independently audited year after year.
WHAT MAKES ADVANCE DIFFERENT
Everything under one roof
Plenty of companies install. Fewer monitor what they install. Fewer still do both with their own people – that is the whole idea of Advance.
OUR PEOPLE
In-house engineers
Our engineers are employed, trained and local – the people who install your system are the people who service it, year after year.
OUR CONTROL ROOM
Watched by us, not a call centre
Monitored systems report to our own BS 5979 CAT 2 Alarm Receiving Centre – verified by our operators and actioned in seconds, around the clock.
OUR RANGE
Three sectors, one standard
Construction sites, commercial premises and family homes – different needs, the same accredited team and the same standard of work.
OUR HOME
North East based, Northern England covered
Head office at Mandale Park, North Shields – with engineers working from Newcastle and Northumberland down to Leeds, and Carlisle across to Berwick.
WHERE WE WORK

Wherever you need us – the same engineers, the same control room and the same standards.
